 If you are having problems with your service Go to:

1. SETTINGS

2. Select "SYSTEM"

3. Select " reset options"

4. Then "Reset WI-FI, MOBILE & BLUETHOOTH"

5. Click the reset button

6. Then reset device

Your service should be working after this, if not do the 6 steps one more time.
